1. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are only applicable under the following conditions:
- Product Unavailable: If we are unable to deliver the purchased digital product within 24 hours of the order.
- Non-Functioning Product: If the account delivered is faulty or invalid, and we are unable to provide a working replacement within 48 hours.
2. Non-Refundable Scenarios
We do NOT offer refunds for:
- Change of mind after purchase.
- Incorrect purchase made by the customer (e.g., wrong region or product).
- Violation of Terms (e.g., changing passwords on shared accounts, resulting in access loss).
3. Replacement Warranty
We provide a full service warranty for the specific duration of your plan. If your account stops working during the subscription period, we will restore it or provide a replacement immediately.

To request a refund or replacement, please contact our support via WhatsApp with your Order ID and screenshots of the issue.
